This policy explains how Agrinux Solutions, LLC ("Agrinux") handles information in the OrderBuyer website and cattle inventory software.

Information we handle
We handle account names, email addresses, organization membership and roles, contact requests, support records, and billing or subscription identifiers. Organizations also enter cattle lots, purchase and sale records, counterparty details, costs, weights, attachments, and export requests. We receive technical information such as request identifiers, IP addresses, browser or device details, usage events, and security logs when people use the service.
How we use it
We use information to provide the product, authenticate users, keep organization records separate, process software subscriptions, respond to contact and support requests, create requested exports, investigate errors and abuse, maintain audit history, and improve the service. A contact-form submission is emailed to our team so we can reply; submitting the form does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.
Who can receive information
Authorized members of your organization and authorized Agrinux staff may access information needed for their roles. We use service providers for hosting and file storage, email delivery, subscription payment processing, site analytics, and error monitoring. We may disclose information when required by law or needed to protect the service and its users. OrderBuyer does not publish an organization's private cattle records as marketplace listings.
Cookies and site analytics
The application uses cookies needed for sign-in, session continuity, and security. The public site uses analytics to understand visits and interest in product pages. You can control cookies through your browser, though blocking necessary cookies may prevent sign-in.
Retention and requests
We retain operational, billing, support, and audit records as needed to provide the service, preserve transaction integrity, resolve issues, and meet applicable obligations. Core cattle records and immutable audit history are not automatically erased when an individual account is disabled. An authorized organization representative can request access, export, correction, or deletion review by contacting us. We may need to verify the request and preserve records that cannot safely or lawfully be removed.
Security and updates
We use authentication, organization-scoped access controls, and audit records to help protect data. No system can guarantee absolute security. We may update this policy as OrderBuyer and its data practices change and will update the date shown above.
